This home designed in the 1940’s by Greta Grossman, had suffered years of neglect and unfortunate remodeling. Unruh Boyer chose to take the best aspects of what was left, creating a new design that reflects todays modern lifestyle needs. By terracing the compressed hillside lot, Unruh Boyer expanded the exterior living space with levels of different seating areas and a dramatic  pool with a noise reducing fountain from above.
