The hillside lot was purchased with the idea of designing a modern bachelor pad. Unruh Boyer’s plan for a lofted office/guest suite and a lower level master suite was soon adapted for a growing family. Function flipped, lofting the master suite and making the lower level a bedroom, playroom for two boys.
