Originally designed in 1960 by the Clinton C. Ternstrom, the client enlisted Unruh Boyer to seamlessly expand the residence. The addition included a family room and guest suite, complete with a wall of windows and sliding doors. The thoughtful addition harmoniously integrated with Ternstrom's original design, and also featured a new bar area, full bathroom, laundry room, and storage/machine room.
