This expansive project on the beach of Playa Negra was a dream house for all involved. Built for a couple with 4 adult children, this vacation home was designed with comfortable spaces where everyone could congregate for meals, leisure and poolside fun. Another component was to also carve out private spots for relaxation, taking full advantage of the amazing coastline. Unruh Boyer coordinated with the builder to source local materials, with sustainability and durability for the elements a priority.
