This expansive project on the beach of Playa Negra was a dream house for all involved. Built for a couple with four adult children, this vacation home was designed with comfortable spaces where everyone could congregate for meals, leisure, and poolside fun. Another component was to carve out private spots for relaxation, taking full advantage of the amazing coastline. Unruh Boyer coordinate with the builder to source local materials in the region, with sustainability and durability as a main priority.
